Who we are

We're the husband-and-wife team behind The Fultz Group, the advisory firm we founded in 2015. Unusual among advisors, we still run the companies we teach from: a portfolio of East Tennessee businesses rooted in the fuel-tanker operation Steve's father started in 1964.

Everything we make says one thing at four depths. The thing that worked is the thing that owns you now. It might be the business. It might be the strengths that built it. It might be something you've carried a lot longer than that. Start wherever you are.
